I hear that the State Department planns to send it out on missions to further the UN agenda. The ship's captain will wear a blue helmet.
One activity will be to offer abortions outside the three-mile limit to women living in countries where abortions are illegal.
It will also be sent on Good Will missions to Cuba, Iran, and North Korea.
