Since September 11, it is assumed we are at war. As such, you would think politicians and the media would take a few things seriously, including a minimal effort to collect facts, analyze them carefully and justify one's conclusions. Celebrity and vice could be excused from such deliberations, but not matters of war and peace. Alas, such is not the case. Myth is portrayed as fact, prejudice as sound judgment and partisanship as statesmanship.

Mythmakers is a catchy phrase, but it still boils down to media manipulation for partisan political gain.
Never would I have imagined that I would come to trust certain gov't agencies' informational releases over independent media reporting. But here we are.

Sadly, liberals are not interested in the truth, so the myths continue.

The left and their media write the script, set the stage, direct, cast, and perform. Any truth that attempts make an appearance is quickly erased from history.
The NYT and their ilk have run this country for 40 years, they control our reps, our foreign and domestic polices, and our guys repeatedly prostrate themselves on their political "shows" each week.
How is being "interviewed" by a DNC hack, pretending to be a journalist helping?
Its unseemly and unnecessary to be lectured to and berated by a poser.
It is past time for policy makers on the right to realize this is CWII, and to behave and speak accordingly.

Imagine the fear in ted kennedy's office. They must be in total panic mode since they probably call Al-Jazeera on a regualar basis to let them know about ted's next tirade. The democrats don't want the public to know about their regualar contacts with the enemies of the USA.
