President Bush Job Approval

Friday December 23, 2005--Fifty percent (50%) of American adults approve of the way George W. Bush is performing his role as President. That's up six points since the President's speech on Sunday night.

It's also the first time since July that the President's Job Approval has reached the 50% mark. He earns approval from 81% of Republicans, 23% of Democrats, and 42% of those not affiliated with either major political party.

Investor confidence has also jumped in recent days to the highest level in a year and a half. Consumer confidence reached the highest level in nine months.

In Minnesota, Mark Kennedy leads two Democrats and trails two other in his bid for the U.S. Senate. In Tennessee, the race to replace Senator Bill Frist is shaping up to be very competitive. Visit the Rasmussen Reports Election Polls page to see other recent results.

No, no, no....you will never have a career in media newsrooms. Here is the correct headline:

"Half of All Americans Believe Bush is Failure"

or

"50% of Americans are Too Stupid to Know What's Good For Them, Poll Shows"

The more he speaks to the country and gets in the medias face, the higher his ratings will continue to go. The american people despise the media, for the most part.

PMSNBC had a terrible hit job on Bush this morning recapping what a disasterous year he had and pushed a 38% number.

Well at least we don't have to listen to Juan Williams use anecdotal evidence such as polls to make a point. I cringe when he say "well according to the polls"
