Just let him out on the streets down in that part of town. Wouldn't last a day.
I had the distinct displeasure of working at St. E's in Anacostia at a facility for crazy Marielito Cubans before I moved to the Land of Enchantment. There were 55 murders within 4 blocks of my building in 8 months.
