However it is the Bush administration's Justice Department that will indict and prosecute those Congressman that Abramoff names as having been bribed. Accepting donations linked to Abramoff is not the same as accepting bribes from Abramoff with a proveable quid pro quo. The federal prosecutors have only tipped their hand slightly, leaking the names of Congressman Bob Ney of Ohio and two COngressional staffers--one worked for Congressman DeLay and the other for Congressman Ney. Who else is involved, no one but Abramoff, Michael Scanlon and the Justice Department know for sure.
