Knowing they will lose even more power, rats reek of fear and do insane stuff like this. Does anyone on the ground have any idea of what will happen in this case?
My guess is a whole lotta nothing. We're known here for criminals receiving very nasty slaps on the wrist. ( if the D.A. is feeling particularly mean, that is)
This was freedom of expression.
They have a constitutional right to slash tires if it's a political statement and not a homophobic act.

In this case there are no witnesses. The only testimony will come from people who heard them brag about what they did. My prediction: no convictions. Remember, this trial is taking place in Milwaukee.
Its the Democrat's culture of tire slashing again.
Since this is a "Civil Rights Violation" if it is not prosecuted in Milwaukeeby the Dems, it can be prosecuted by the Feds at any time in the future.
If the penalty is a slap on the wrist, it might make a good vehicle for a federal prosecutor to make a name for attention as a canidate.

I live in a Milwaukee suburb and I find it hilarious that Milwaukee should be listed as 5th in the nation as far as fitness. Through the years, I've read other stats that said Wisconsin are one of the top states in fatness. All that beer, cheese, bratwursts, etc.
However, what we are fifth in the country on is: taxes. I believe there are three or four states that are ahead of us as to the amount of taxes we pay. This, of course, is due to the superminds in Milwaukee and Madison who believe that all taxes are wonderful. It is also listed as one of the most unfavorable places for retirees to live.
I live in a Milwaukee suburb and The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel will print three letters in favor of the liberal agenda to one letter in favor of a conservative point-of-view in its "letters to the editors." I might add that this is the only newspaper in Milwaukee. After the 2004 presidential election, I cancelled my subscription.
