It won't. If anything it has marginal propaganda effect. Their goal is to terrorize. Since most people are terrified of AIDS, it works, thanks to stupid articles like this one.

Excellent point! 2,986 souls died September 11, and it's disrupted our lives completely. 50,000 people die every year on our nation's highways (at least 25,000 in small, fuel-efficient cars) and nobody thinks twice about it.
If this is the best idea that the terrorists have, we've definitely won. (Also, it's in The Mirror!)
So basically, they blow up one true believer so that, perhaps, one or two infidels will wind up with HIV (couldn't be much more effective than that, considering who might survive the blast itself), and maybe die in a decade or so? I think we see the genius thinking that has kept the Muslim world happily in 900 AD.
Its going to be funny having the mullah tell some gay muslim dude...that he can have the 76 virgin girls upon his death, and that being gay isn't a a big deal to Allah. I can just see this conversation...and the Mullah trying not to laugh as he tells the dimwit all of this.
