Rep. John Murtha (D-Pa.) met with leaders of the anti-American group Code Pink last week at the anti-Operation Iraqi Freedom meeting in Arlington, Virginia hosted by Rep. Jim Moran (D-Va.)
Code Pink posted pictures of the meeting along with a statement indicating they will be working with Rep. Murtha to deliver "kindness and support to the wounded soldiers" at Walter Reed.
Code Pink has given $650,000 to the terrorists in Fallujah, participated in war crimes tribunals against America and has called American soldiers "killers" on their website among many treasonous actions.
Text of Code Pink's statement on meeting Rep. Murtha:
Thank You Congressman Murtha! CODEPINK co-founder Gael Murphy and DC coordinator Allison Yorra met with Congressman Murtha to thank him for his courageous stand on Iraq. We presented him with our pink badge of courage and pink flowers sent by CODEPINK members nationwide. Rep Murtha was very appreciative of these gestures and requested that we ask legislators to support H.J Res 73 (Murtha's resolution). He also requested that we use additional donations for the wounded at Walter Reed. DC CODEPINK along with other peace groups involved in the weekly vigil at Walter Reed recently delivered baskets of goodies to the wounded at Walter Reed. Together, with Murtha's office, we will be continuing this outpouring of kindness and support to the wounded soldiers from CODEPINK.
This guy is a deranged scumbag.
Even a fraction of that would finance IEDs to kill American forces or other innocents.
Murtha is not the "Real Deal!" Give him his due and credit for his service in Vietnam as a Captain of Marines.
He is, however, a "Political Marine Reserve Colonel."

I never thought I'd get to a point that I could with a clear conscience, disrespect a Marine Officer, but, since Murtha is not a "Real Marine Colonel," I have no problem with it. Murtha is a scumbag!
No offense intended to any other honorably serving Marine Reserve Officer. I, myself, am a retired Naval Reserve Officer, and have the utmost respect for all those serving in all branches of the Reserves and the National Guard -- except those who use their political connections to achieve high rank.

Gael Murphy (smiling next to Murtha in the Code Pink photo) is the Code Pink representative listed in the Beirut-Communique as attending and endorsing the killing of our troops as "legitiamte resistance".
No qualifying remarks are necessary....Murtha is a scumbag, in a party chocked full of 'em.
Some Code Pinkos had tickets to the reserved seating at the Inauguration last year, which they used to disrupt the President's Inaugural Address. The tickets had to have been gotten from a congressman's office. Obviously there are dems and their staffs who actively assist the activities of Code Pink.
Try and find any description of his service after the rank of Captain (O-3). I can't. Only unit that shows up is 314th Special Infantry Company.
How can we take the democratic party seriously,when even their so called war hero veterans join hands with traitors like Code Stink?
Did the goodies include a note that said "Here ya go, you occupier, killer and tormenter of Iraqi women and children"?

Somebody should send the Johnstown newspaper and the TV station all the stuff from their website. I doubt that they would use it, but you never know. The people who live in his district need to be aware of this stuff because I can promise you all of this will not go over well with most of his constituents. They are bound to realize that he is at the least senile.

Let me see if I can translate this drivel. Pinkos go to this anti-war meeting and snag enough face time with ex-Marine Murtha Furka to snap a few pics. He gives them his dottering obligatory thanks and sends them on their way, telling them to (quit subsidizing the terrorists and at least) drop a buck on our troops for once. Pinkos try to spin it like they're "working with him".
Pinkos think a goodie basket puts a shiny face on their traitorous vile PROTEST. I wonder if their protest comrades, faux Veterans for Peace, paid for those goodie items with the Katrina money they duped out of useful idiots? Or maybe they filled the basket with some of those Katrina supplies stolen from Red Cross’s Pine View Middle School shelter?
