Weird. Tice says in that interview that Congress was left out, and thats exactly what Biden was getting Alito to admit today; Maybe everyone here doesn't understand what having a certain security clearance means. AHEM. It's a responsibility for things you will know. The FBI interviews you and then interviews everyone you have known for many years. And then they interview you again. And go back to clarify things with people you know. They learn EVERYTHING about you. And every 5 years there is an update.
If you don't like this procedure, then don't take the job.
If you sign the contract and violate it, prepare to be screwed at the time and place of your former employer.

btw, this guy didn't report anything to Congress......ever.
Or his chain of command.
he's just come out with this story since he joined the whistelblowers group.
and HE wrote to Congress asking to testify!
did you hear that, 'meet and greet' and 'press the flesh' with the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Like he's a celebrity.
MAJOR ISSUES.

He isnt a leak because he doesnt know what the nsa does or is doing. he isnt a whistleblower for the same reason. nor is he a source. and he hasnt said anything classified because...he doesnt know anything.
he only said that he thinks we are spying on americans because fisa wasnt used.
and the liberals are going to make him their poster child! LOL
4 more years! 4 more years!
To: Mo1
I don't think he "has" anything to offer up.
he accused a colleague of spying because he thought HER MOTHER acted like a spy by traveling a lot and saying nice things about China and spent too much money.

Tice at a "meet and greet" with members of the Senate Judiciary Committee tomorrow? He describes it like he's going to a cocktail party...or maybe more accurately a lobbying event.

The Defense Department psychologist concluded that Tice suffered from psychotic paranoia, according to Tice. "He did this even though he admitted that I did not show any of the normal indications of someone suffering from paranoia," Tice wrote in a statement to the inspector general.Just because someone is paranoid, it doesn't mean someone isn't out to get them.
