Didn't find this posted. Thought it interesting after watching Tice say today on cable news he was "let go" after being diagnosed psychotic paranoid. I had to laugh - anyone wonder why he thinks the NSA is "spying on Americans"?

Tice was on Lardball with Chris Matthews tonight and the first thing that struck me about his looks, presence and demeanor was that he reminded me of Scott Ritter.........

I think Matthews is on a New Years resolution diet. His jowls are hanging ever so slightly.

He needs to work-out with weights and do some aerobic stuff.

But Tice is of course a psychotic paranoiac. All humans have beliefs (even the lack of belief is a negative belief)...and anyone with a belief is right in that anyone with a contrary belief is out to convert them.

The only ones who are not psychotic paranoids or paranoiacs are those who are correct in their belief (or lack thereof).

Just a theory, of course. Trying to extend the discussion.

Well of course you're paranoid...the question is are you a psychotic paranoiac.

Watch out...there's someone behind you...a "watcher" perhaps.

Tice hasn't started his diet yet...he will look like an oriental rug (all that loose skin will supply BMW for a year).

Maybe I should by new one with Tice Interior.

Just because you are paranoid doesn't mean they aren't out to get you.

Someone replaced all my living family members with robots. Kennedy was killed to keep this from going public. DZ19 sector 4M. The screen told me to.

Me too. But at least its an improvement. I do worry about Uncle Earl, though. He's a serial killer...I wonder what he might be doing on his new planet.

It's strange that we have this in common. A little too strange in fact to just be a coincidence. My screen name has 8 charachters and yours has 9. 9+8=17. 9-8=1. 1+7=8. 17-1=16. 16/2=8.

You must have been sent by The Eye.

I've encountered at least a half dozen paranoid schizophrenics. Invariably, they were able to present themselves as nearly normal over a short haul. Even their complaints sounded believeable at first. Fairly quickly, However, it became abundantly clear they were seeing and hearing things that no one else was seeing or hearing. That doesn't necessarily mean they were hallucinating. Rather, they were misinterpreting and magnifying--badly--mundane matters that a normal person wouln't think twice about, for example, they might discern secret messages from television commentators or coded messages on album covers.

If Tice is like other paranoid schizophrenics I've come across, he's probably able to skate by long enough to complete a typical television interview and come across as merely suspicious, not nuts.

Well, my guess is Mr Tice will be spending time in prison for treason soon. Then he can watch over his back all day long.

Don't know whether he is nuts or not. What I do know is that DOD, NSA, CIA, FBI, etc. will try to dis-credit anyone who talks about their inner-workings.

Don't know if he is a traitor or not, but I'm sure no one on this thread can speak of his paranoia or whether or not he is psychotic.

Speaking of the FBI,remember how they tried to railroad that PHD who they said was responsible for the Anthrax!

This is crazy. It is the government's job to do covert and secret operations - they have to in order to intercept possible terror plots and dangerous international criminals, etc. I am so tired of this bullsh*t. How the hell do they expect anybody in this country to be safe if liberals, the media and those other idiots don't want any precautions taken?

Okay, just don't do nothing then and see what happens.

WHY IS THIS GUY OUT AND WALKING AROUND.

this clown needs to be "frogmarched" to the state pen and maybe after a few good lessons from the other inmates, he'll reconsider his position. Maybe Teddy boy can take him for a car ride, or better yet, Clinton can take him for a walk in Ft Marcy Park.

Beyond his "good conscience" leak to the New York Times... which has only earned him a pink slip... He would be very well served to close his mouth from this point onward... Anymore interactions with the press and he is well on his way to earning a free pass to the slammer.

If he's really paranoid schizophrenic, it would be obvious to you (or anyone) to you spent much time with him. There a huge difference between being even deeply suspicous of the government and suffering from paranoid schizophrenia.

Keep an eye on how much time the MSM spends with Tice. If the MSM should keep its distance from him it's because he's behaved in VERY odd fashion and they don't dare put him in front of the camera for extended periods of time for fear of what he might say and how it would make them look.

Sounds to me like Tice decided that it was acceptable to sacrifice national security to get even with his former employer.

Whistle blower, my eye. He's a disgruntled ex-employee. And possibly a soon-to-be felon.

He might as well have been reading from FR.

Exactly.

A whistleblower is someone who reveals illegal doings.

What the NSA was or is doing is not illegal. What Tice did only confirms he is not fit to work there, he does not understand what the NSA does.

Total irony. Aired his idrty laundry - his ignorance - for all to see.

Man, the guys who are attacking the President are dropping like flies.

````In April 2003, Tice sent an e-mail to the DIA agent handling his suspicions about a co-worker being a Chinese spy. He was prompted to do so by a news report about two FBI agents who were arrested for giving classified information to a Chinese double agent.~~
Nice story, isn't it?
It's NOT true; he did send an email about a co-worker, saying that she MIGHT be a spy; his proof?
he THOUGHT her mother was a spy.
After that got knocked down, he did it AGAIN; that's when he got the psych test.
That is THE story.
Carefully parse what this guy is saying; he's not saying ANYTHING; he's got nothing except a bunch of "mights" and "what if's"
Tonight on Hardball, he actually said he's going to see the judiciary committee tomorrow to -- and this is almos t an exact quote "press the flesh and meet and greet" -- or something very close to that.
btw, this guy did NOT work on any kind of intercept or wiretapping; he's talking about stuff he had NO access to.
But, the MSNBC graphic describes Tice as a "whistleblower".
Now, surely MSNBC wouldn't attempt to manipulate public opinion by speciously using a term to characterize an individual, would they?
I was half-paying attention, but I'm almost certain that Mathspews prefaced a leading question with a comment along the lines that the actions of the US related to the "NSA spying scandal" was akin to the violations perpetrated by communist Russia way back in the day, with a subsequent response by Tice in the affirmative.
This is a flat out lie; and he is NOT a whistleblower.
