Listen to Tice; he's not really "telling" anything; he's not even saying HE talked to the NYT.
And listen for his quote about going to the Judiciary Committee tomorrow.

And he's implying that they ARE listening to American citizens, a fact he has NO way of knowing, since he wasn't in that area.
He was "moved" from sensitive positions; and when he kept it up, he was fired.
He can't get into it because it is classified information

tices only complaint is it didnt go thru the fisa court. he is nothing. he knows nothing. he doesnt even know if we are or are not spying on no terrorist related citizens. he said he cant say - to matthews - but what he should have said is he doesnt know, but then that would end his tv career. the guy is ignorant. they were right to fire him and i hope he winds up in jail. he is supposed to notify the nsa of exactly what he will tell congress and if he doesnt he is a hypocrite.
This guy reminds me of Collen Rowley
or Scott Ritter.

Bush isnt even in NSA and yet he spelled it out a few weeks ago to the White House press corps exactly why fisa was not required. Did tice sleep thru it?

how can he consider himself a source reporting a crime? he already just said he isnt sure if we are spying on americans. he isnt a whistleblower; he's a liar!
