The republican base turned out, I really get tired of hearing this sh**. WE, the republicans of CA turned out to vote but we were defeated by the Dems who outnumber us. The red counties all voted for the props, including Orange country. If every republican in CA had turned out the props would still have been defeated.
The dems mounted a massive campaign and had the props defeated before the election was held. Blame the Unions and other liberal organizations for the lies and BS told about all the props. Don't blame the republican base, you might as well blame us for not winning the state for Bush in both his elections.
WE ARE OUT NUMBERED, what part of there are more dems than republicans in CA don't you understand?
All of you whiners need to understand that until we somehow get all the welfare queens and other entitlement people to vote republican we are not going to win in CA.

NOT true. There was a much lower turnout in conservative areas.
That has no real bearing on how high the turnout was among Republican voters.
