This thing looks pretty small, more like a research vessel than a weapons platform. Of course, it is big enough to pack with explosives or a nuclear weapon to send on a suicide mission. Kind of like a manned mine. Hmmmm...
Yep, this is a one shot deal at best. They might very well use it to sink an oil tanker, but they'd better make the first shot count because they won't get another one.
