An amateur inventor has designed an easy to make DIY wallet that blocks RFID signals.
Dustin Kirk, a usability engineer for software firm Benefitfocus, has published the plans on his web page for anyone to try. He said the wallet can be built at minimal cost using duct tape and aluminium foil...

With privacy, duct tape, and tinfoil involved, just had to pass this one along.

Put wallet in hat. Put Hat on head. Two birds with one stone. Think I'll try that with my passport next time I go through airport security.

If you can't fix it with Duct tape, try a hammer.

In a related matter, Glenn Beck has been advising to wrap one's head with duct tape any time you attempt to read or watch anything in the MSM. It won't keep your head from exploding but will help the EMT's to find the pieces and perhaps allow the surgeons to repair the damage.

Good try, but this will never work. The evil genius, Karl Rove, has invented an RFID amplifier chip that is now being hidden in every piece of paper money that is being printed. To truly protect yourself, you must cover each and every piece of paper money in your wallet with duct tape so that no part of the original paper is visible. Then, mark each protected bill with the original denomination so that you can still use it as money. The morons working in the 7-11 or McDonalds won't know the difference anyway.

It's a delight to think that some paranoid teener with zero to hide has gone to all this bother to protect his right to be stupid and not let "Big Brother" know what he's not thinking.
All this in a time of unprecedented documented declarations by Muslim extremists that they fully intend to viciously murder every infidel on the planet. And that this mental midgets "privacy protection" is intended to provide cover for these miscreants.
We are having fun now!

People particularly young people are often aware of only what they wish to be aware of. The Muslim terrorists are far away. The Government is right here.
Besides he just had his moment of fame.
