BROCKTON, Massachusetts/ ORFORDVILLE, Wisconsin, January 19, 2006 (LifeSiteNews.com) Judges in two separate cases of rape by homosexual high school teachers have let the rapists off without prison.
Brockton Superior Court Judge Suzanne V. Delvecchio handed Gregory Pathiakis, 26, of Brockton, Mass, a suspended, 2 1/2-year sentence, followed by five years probation. He admitted to sexually molesting a 15-year-old student on December 23, 2003. WorldNetDaily reported that in a written statement read in court by his father, the Middleboro High School student told Pathiakis, I feel you deserve jail. You are a disgrace to all teachers.
He was in a position of authority over these kids, lamented Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz. Cruz asked the court for a minimum of four years in prison. That the rapist did not go to jail he said was disheartening.
The first woman to be appointed Chief Justice of the Massachusetts Superior Court, DelVecchio gave the keynote address for a Massachusetts Lesbian and Gay Bar Association Annual Dinner in 2000.
Meanwhile, Rock County Judge Alan Bates sentenced former choir instructor Gary Hoff to three years probation for his assault. Hoff, who worked at Parkview School District in Orfordville, Wisconsin, pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor fourth-degree sexual assault charge against a 16-year-old boy.
Hoff was also the perpetrator of an assault on a 15-year-old boy in 1993, although the victim only came forward last year. Jeb McMahon, now 27, said he was disappointed with the light sentence imposed by Bates. Im not happy with what alls been found in the investigation, he said in court. I would like to see you set a strong example that this is not something, as a community, were going to tolerate.
Both cases follow a similar outrage in Vermont this month, where a judge sentenced a child rapist to 60 days in prison.

Gay guys and straight women get a free pass on statutory rape, while het males are still (rightfully) screwed to the wall.
Equal protection under the law?
We all got to discuss this one yesterday evening. I still think it's a case where a couple of heavily closeted pedophile judges found themselves having to pass judgment on a couple of their buddies.
The headline alone is worth a million bucks.
That would be an impeachment in most states.
Welcome to the next stage of the Marxist, socialist "sexual revolution." >>>
Antonio Gramsci is winning.
Don't bother making calls or writing letters about the Massachusetts. This state is *absolutely* a lost cause when it comes to reason, morality and decency.
The Satanic deconstruction of America...with a little 'hep' from his friends...y'all...
This assault on the America of our founders brought to you courtesy our 'entertainment masters'....
And who gave the 1999 keynote speech?.......

True, perhaps there should be warning labels (like on the cigaretts packs) on billboards at the Mass border, maybe it might slow the disease from spreading.
So... DelVecchio, who's a lesbian, lets off Pathiakis, who's a pederast...? This is like some kind of second-rate Hollywood ripoff of Petronius.
How incredibly nasty. And school officials wonder why people pull their kids out of schools.
They say trouble comes in threes...
As a passing observation, these guys were not priests, so I guess it's of no interest to the press.
Gay attackers, including public school teachers, have routinely been let off the hook in US courts, and nobody ever comes back and sues when they attack somebody else. I guess it's that immunity thing. Being a judge means never having to say you're sorry.
thats what they call equal rights for gays!
No surprises here, afterall, it is Massachusetts, er um, Gaysachusetts, land of the perverts, pedophiles, illegals, corrupt legislature, home of teddy hiccup and gigilo, would you expect anything more from this State?
What the sense in making a remark , Its Massachusetts and this is what they want up there, They elect a drunken drowning killer, a cowardly traitorous bastid with a made up war record, a known homosexual who's boyfriend had a bordello in his basement,Their archbishop fled to Rome and hid in a church there over homosexuality and they will continue with these people running their state.
Brings the liberal agenda into focus ...
Homosexual priests molesting young boys = bad. Catholic Church is to blame. Sue the Church out of existence
Homosexual teachers molesting children = good. Schools not to blame. No crime, no foul
