If there ever is a coordinated "FINAL" war between US and THEM, WE BETTER fight that "FINAL" war the way we fought WWII.

First it must be a DECLARED WAR by CONGRESS!!

Then we must KILL ALL of THEM with the least amount of regard to civilian casualties, and we must destroy everything they own, hide in, live in and WORSHIP in.

It must be total annihilation of our enemy and our enemy's capacity to wage war!!!

Well, he gets it, at least. There are plenty of "smart" people out there who refuse to accept what this Iranian boob owns freely..

Iran’s president sees “final war” between Muslims, West

So instead of being a "real leader"and preventing this from happening,he's trying to make damn sure it happens. This bum is a Jim Jones waiting to happen.

If the initial withdrawls of the Israelis were "greatly detrimental to Muslims", who is to say that any hypothetical withdrawl from the whole of "Palestine" wouldn't be even worse?

The Palestinians have proved, conclusively, that they are incompetent to run their own state. Until such a situation improves, I really don't see how adding to "Palestinian" power is going to help anyone, even the people it allegedly frees.

They were freer under the Israelis!

The fact that one can get in the mind set to blow himself up for a cause, is interesting enough, but for a leader of a country to do it is Twilight Zone material.

Anyone who believes Muslims, ALL Muslims, aren't their enemy, are deluded.

President Delivers State of the Union Address (2002)

Our second goal is to prevent regimes that sponsor terror from threatening America or our friends and allies with weapons of mass destruction. Some of these regimes have been pretty quiet since September the 11th. But we know their true nature. North Korea is a regime arming with missiles and weapons of mass destruction, while starving its citizens.

Iran aggressively pursues these weapons and exports terror, while an unelected few repress the Iranian people's hope for freedom.

Iraq continues to flaunt its hostility toward America and to support terror. The Iraqi regime has plotted to develop anthrax, and nerve gas, and nuclear weapons for over a decade. This is a regime that has already used poison gas to murder thousands of its own citizens -- leaving the bodies of mothers huddled over their dead children. This is a regime that agreed to international inspections -- then kicked out the inspectors. This is a regime that has something to hide from the civilized world.

States like these, and their terrorist allies, constitute an axis of evil, arming to threaten the peace of the world. By seeking weapons of mass destruction, these regimes pose a grave and growing danger. They could provide these arms to terrorists, giving them the means to match their hatred. They could attack our allies or attempt to blackmail the United States. In any of these cases, the price of indifference would be catastrophic.

We will work closely with our coalition to deny terrorists and their state sponsors the materials, technology, and expertise to make and deliver weapons of mass destruction. We will develop and deploy effective missile defenses to protect America and our allies from sudden attack. (Applause.) And all nations should know: America will do what is necessary to ensure our nation's security.

We'll be deliberate, yet time is not on our side. I will not wait on events, while dangers gather. I will not stand by, as peril draws closer and closer. The United States of America will not permit the world's most dangerous regimes to threaten us with the world's most destructive weapons. (Applause.)

Our war on terror is well begun, but it is only begun. This campaign may not be finished on our watch -- yet it must be and it will be waged on our watch.

We can't stop short. If we stop now -- leaving terror camps intact and terror states unchecked -- our sense of security would be false and temporary. History has called America and our allies to action, and it is both our responsibility and our privilege to fight freedom's fight. (Applause.)

That would be a "final war" between a bunch of goat-herders are with spears mounted on camels, a B-52...?

Sounds pretty final to me.

At least this wacko is upfront about his objectives.
And they sound like the general thoughts of a lot of Islamic radicals:
Either Islam will nuke the USA or the USA will nuke the Islamic world.

It's time (or past time) that we take this seriously.
If we'd actually listened to (or read) Adolph Hitler and responded,
we'd saved a lot of trouble.

This guy has been talking as if he already knows that the nukes have already been deployed in the US and Israel. Once the war starts he'll give the word to set them off.

As the Boy Scouts say... BE PREPARED.

I'm fond of creating mnemonics; for instance, onomatopoeia becomes, " on a mat, I pee-a," (important because of the meaning of the word itself); so for Ahmadinejad I have decided on, "I'm mad in the head."

It's like that cellphone commercial where the old CEO says "I'm giving it to the man" and the young guy says "But you're the man."

Global Arrogance

This type of reasoning is fallacious since anyone can then immediately say 'moslem arrogance' and the argument will collapse.

Rather than attempting to take out 13 hidden and well fortified nuclear facilities, why not just bomb their oil infrastructure so they cannot sell ANY oil on the market? Then keep bombing it if they try to repair it. I realize this would raise global oil prices to $100 or more, but the way this slow motion disaster is unfolding, that's going to happen anyway. The advantage to doing this is it cripples their economy. They don't have much else to support them, other than the oil. They'll have no more cash to work on nuclear bombs. And it just might topple the regime from within if the Iranian economy collapses. Am I nuts, or could this work? I welcome freeper comments.

>the Middle East conflict has become “the locus of the final war” between Muslims and the West

Why the West, if it's going to take place in the Middle East? This is a ME issue, not a European one.
