There is a $300,000 reward from the Freedom Law School if you can prove three things.

Bob

http://www.livefreenow.org/

$300,000 INCOME TAX REWARD OFFER
Freedom Law School is offering $100,000 to the first person who can demonstrate any of the three propositions listed below. The winner can collect up to $300,000 if he or she can prove all of the propositions below.

1. Show what statute written by the Congress of the United States, requires Americans to file an income tax “CONFESSION” (return) and pay an income tax.
2. How can Americans file an income tax “CONFESSION” (return) without giving up their 5th amendment right not to give any information to the government that may be used o prosecute them.
3. Prove that the 16th amendment to the United States Constitution, which, according to the IRS and modern American courts permitted the income tax to exist, was lawfully added to the United States Constitution.

It's a fact....everyone reading this page is guilty of violating at least one IRS regulation. The IRS code is so complex and distorted that it is impossible for anyone to completely comply 100% with the regulations and forms required.

What that means is that if pressed, the IRS can find YOU guilty of some infraction of their rules at any time they wish. It is IMPOSSIBLE not to be guilty of some infraction.

With that in mind, now would you think that the IRS would hold the power of fear to control the subjects and serfs?

Isn't the point about the law unto itself of the I.R.S. and not the manner in which the returns are arrived at for those involved.
BTW. Get a better accountant or tax lawyer if you are paying thousands upon thousands of dollars in income tax.

You don't have a clue about how much money I earn or how I earn it. When you know my financial situation you may give me financial advice.

Interesting coming from the NYT. I would be willing to wager the NYT's that the IRS did not start all this in 2001.

Evidently you need advice if you are in a high income bracket and you are paying thousands upon thousands of dollars in federal income taxes.
On the other hand you may not be a high income earner and are paying thousands upon thousands of dollars in federal income taxes. That certainly calls out for some better tax advice.

The IRS is NOT Consituted Authority. It's a fraud.

Evidently you need advice if you are in a high income bracket and you are paying thousands upon thousands of dollars in federal income taxes.

To begin with, "thousands upon thousands" could be as little as $4,000, and that could be based on an income in the millions. If that were the case you might be wanting to know how I do it or who does it for me. It just proves my original reply to you was correct, that you do not know my income or how I earn it. Is it just foreign to you that there are people who actually pay that much or more in taxes?

What you may infer from my statement is that I pay at least $4,000, other than that you know nothing about my tax situation and are in no position to be giving me advice.

Never argue with a low income person about the fact that you a, them anyway, "rich" person pay thousands of dollars of income tax. It shatters their world view.

But may I can relate to your misery on this point.

As the old sage said, "Avoide wine and strong drink. It can cause you to shoot at tax collectors........and miss."

To a person of means, four thousand dollars would be less than Chump change, not thousands upon thousands of dollars.
Your sensitivity indicates someone is puffing, hoping to blow smoke up the skirts of the Free Republic loyal.
I stand by my suggestion. Get better tax advice.

And I stand by mine, since you know nothing about my business, mind your own.
