I just heard Bob Grant retired and I suppose Malzberg is taking his spot.

I hope he does well.

Malzberg left 770 WABC 1 a.m. - 5 a.m. overnights to go to do mornings on 1600 WWRL, predominately left talk show network. His co-host was a blithering idiot.

It's good to see him on 710 WOR. I usually listen to Hannity at that time, but I will tune in to listen.

Glad to hear that he is back on the air.

He was outstanding at WABC. He really did his homework and had most of the clips from the Sunday show.

Steve is extremely bright and one person I would not want to argue against . I've heard him totally tear apart liberal arguments in 2 seconds. He should be required listening in the NY area.

Hope they give Steve a chance. He's a sincere guy. It was impossible to listen to liberals like ELLIS HENNIGAN when he subbed for Bob, and LIONEL is the WORST. I need someone to explain to me how Lionel has a show on WOR.

He don't back down, yes he'll stands his ground. You can stand him up against the gates of hell but he won't back down.

LOLOL.....I did not understand one word of Lionel's babbling the other day. How could someone be on the air for all that time and not say a relevant word!!!

Hope Steve gets a chance to be on permanently.

His show was great the other day, altho I could do without the Soprano's chatting.

Agreed. I'm not Italian, but I believe Bob Grant didn't like the show. It's just that I will not pay for HBO and I don't like glorifying (or sympathizing with) gangsters, terrorists or criminals.

He was really so much fun and I loved how kind he was to Candy.

He had a great caller, Marie who had the best voice and would sing to him.

Steve is good because he has a big heart.

Oh I remember Candy, she was such a sweet person.

I remember Maria too she did have a great voice. Marty would often call too, and also the police officer, Steven McDonald.

When I call in I go by martha-from-hammonton.

I occassionaly calleded into Steves show but I usually called in to Religion On The Line.

It was so sad when Candy started to get hate mail and threats. People are such sick bastards.

Marie treated Steve like her son.

I remember Steven calling in too.

We were really all like one big family because Steve had such a big good heart.
