The number of antisemitic articles published in the Ukrainian press increased by 74% from 2004 to 2005, according to a report by the secular Jewish umbrella group VAAD, cited in a January 23, 2006 article by the AEN news service. Antisemitic articles increased from 379 in 2004 to 661 last year and appeared in major publications like the Socialist Party press organ “Silski Visti” and more marginal papers like “The Idealist.” The report links the rise in antisemitic publishing with the sharp increase in antisemitic violence, most notably the attack on yeshiva student Mordechai Molozhenov, which left him in a coma from which he only recently emerged, and an attack on JTA's Ukraine correspondent Vladimir Matveev.

I don't know what you mean by Russianized Americans( Americans still living in America who have exposed themselves actively to Russian influence through Russian friends,study,etc., or Americans who have gone to Russia to live? or what? I think both of these are a lot rarer phenomenon than Russians from Russia who have come to live permanently or semipermanently in America. There are a lot of them, and they are very sensitive to anti-semitism as it exists in America, even as marginal as it is compared to their own native land.

That must be pretty bad, because I heard that the anti-Semitism in the Ukraine had reached pre-WWII levels, back in the '90s. I was told this by a woman who had done missionary work there.
But hey they've got George Soros funding their candidates, and they're inviting David Duke to speak in universities (an anti-semite in the same party as the president of Ukraine invited Duke to speak in a well known anti-semite university there).
