He'll be out before you know it. What is it, you're eligible for parole after serving half your sentence?

Terry Grisham said Sexton, following sentencing, was evaluated by mental health officials and placed in protective custody on a suicide watch. Oh please, let him do it and save us the expense of feeding him. Good job by the judge.

This ain't Vermont, y'all.
The 60+ victims should all be allowed to extract their own justice when they're grown up.

Convicted child molester gets 396 years in prison Buh-bye, scumbag!
To: txroadkill
FORT WORTH, Texas - A man convicted of abducting a girl as she walked to elementary school and molesting her must serve nearly 400 years in prison, a judge decided Wednesday.Color me stupid, but, how the hell can you serve 396 Years in prison; further more, what happens when you're released?...send your remains(if any) to your next of kin(if any)?
I could never understand this type of sentencing whatsoever.

What a great judge! I'm pretty sure he just ensured his reelection for darn near eternity.

If technology becomes available to keep this perp alive for 400+ years, do ya think the state will have to employ it, so he gets justice?
To: txroadkill
BTW, nice job to whomever the Judge was!

If he doesn't make parole, his "girlfriend" will be 369 years over the age of consent in most states.

Sexton, when 17, was convicted and placed on two years of probation for four counts of indecent liberties with a child in Sedgwick County, Kan., court records indicate. Hope the Kansas judge is pleased with himself. FOUR counts and he gets probation? Glad this Texas judge showed him this just will not stand in his jurisdiction. KUDOS to him and the prosecutor.
