"The judicial confirmation process, particularly one for the nation’s highest court, should be insulated from such thoughtless bomb throwing in an effort to remain relevant. One can't help but wonder if the consummate candidate was for Judge Alito, before he was against him.”

I love it!

The House should send a group raspberry in Kerry's direction.

" “To even suggest a filibuster against a nominee as qualified as Judge Alito reflects a philosophy so out of touch that it’s bordering on reckless. I just love it when the RNC shows a sense of humor! This is a fine press release.

Why waste time with all those words when only three are necessary?

Either

"Bring it on!"

or

"Make my day!"

Frenchie is full of shiite. He knows the rats won't filibuster but he's sucking up to moveon by calling for something that won't happen anyway. He's just getting on the sheet. Speaking of sheets, the bigoted old bastard's saying he would vote yes could be a sign that wooden Indian nelson might get the green light to vote yes. The evil donkey knows he is beaten and is scared of a filibuster.

Only a person with the mental capacity of John Kerry could call for a judicial filibuster under these circumstances and still think he has the backing of his party to become our next president. This is laughable.

Will Poodle boy be wearing his speacial hat for the filibuster?

"I`m a poodle boy - tall and stout...

Here is my handle, here is my spout...

My boss Blotto Kennedy who is fat - said I must stop Alito with my special hat"

Just like the GQ article said ... the GOP is strategucally responding to imbecile Kerry rather than the DNC.

"The Reason People Think Democrats Have Nothing To Say Is That We Have Fifty People Saying Fifty Different Things.”

Yes, but all fifty different things are similar in that they are all stupid, anti-American, and economically nonstarters.

As I said in another thread, the Rats launching a filibuster against Alito now is like the Japanese Emperor ordering his forces to invade the mainland U.S. after the atomic bombs fell on Hiroshima & Nagasaki.

In other words, a totally doomed and futile gesture which will only lead to more carnage for one's own troops.

Kerry and Gore constantly provide unsolicited demonstrations as to why they shouldn't have been elected and why they are irrelevant. You gotta love it. What a gift for the right. No need to attack these guys when they trumpet their ignorance themselves for all to see.

"And another thing! You will call me sir because I was an officer, and now I am a Senator. I was a war hero you know. No, I don't want to hear about your Marine service! Got me? Guuud! And if you look at me again like that, I'll have my wife's private security goons rough you up while I escape out the back door."
