The Palestinian people have delivered a resounding vote against peace calling, in their election, for a continuation of the savage and sanguinary war against Israel. This sharp reversal in the peace process should not go without a vigorous response from Washington.

I agree with Dick Morris.
Apples are apples and oranges are oranges and rouge nations are street gangs and not states.
Cut 'em off...wait...then blow them up.
Dick must be working on the right foot now. But he'll run out of toes and switch back some day.
I like the idea of cutting of financial support for the UN. At least the same amount as they are giving to Hamas.
This could be a real opportunity for peace.
Sit these Hamas leaders down and tell them like it is: You won a democratic election, now you learn that with freedom comes responsibility. Renounce terrorism, recognize Israel's right to exist, and we'll continue to broker for a true peace. Otherwise, we'll cut you off and starve you out.
The reason the "problem" is a large as it is is from the continued influx of humanitarian donations. It should have been cut off long ago.
This describes the situation to a "t". Now, they will reep what they sow.
"then blow them up"
That is the best idea I have heard ALL day!
I think rogue nations are even worse, although a bit less colorful.
The White House soiled itself when it saw the Congressional election results in 1994. Clinton was afraid for his job. He figured that the American people would toss him out in two years. Dick Morris's advice? Sign whatever Newt sends your way. It worked.
The results were as follows:
1. Prosperity, thanks to Newt.
2. Clinton's name was on all of the laws that passed, so he could take credit for them.
3. The Republicans had nothing left to run on in 1996.
Think what you want about Morris, but he's a smart one.
"Think what you want about Morris, but he's a smart one."
Unless he's making election predictions. I would bet he's about 30% right there.
Well, he predicted re-election for Bush. I think he also predicted a Bush win in 2000.
I think rogue nations are even worse, although a bit less colorful.
Don't forget Rouge China.
Well, the answer should be obvious. We'll see.
There is no denying that, and that's why I'm interested in all his political commentary. But I can't help but wonder what his ultimate objective is really is.
Why is this even being debated? Cut off all aid to those towelhead terrorists. Take back Gaza, Israel--the Almighty didn't give it to you to cede to those ridiculous animals. What a world!
I sympathize, but it's not going to happen.
I agree that funding should be cut off from the UN, but I don't think Morris statement that Palestinains voted for terror is accurate.
Some thoughts:

These are savages who send their babies out to blow themselves up. You think they will renounce violence against Israel?
Stop the funding. Let Hamas and Fatah destroy each other.
If the Palestinians lob rockets into Israel, hit back so hard so as to make them understand their consequences.
The Palsetinians have been a pain in the ass for evey country they've been in for decades and then they have been thrown out. Why? Because they are savages.
As long as they continue to be killers, let them and their babies starve.
