Zawahiri, in New Videotape, Says He Survived Airstrike

CAIRO, Egypt — Al Qaeda No. 2 Ayman al-Zawahiri said in a videotape aired Monday that President Bush was a "butcher" and a "failure" because of a deadly U.S. airstrike in Pakistan targeting the bin Laden deputy, and he threatened a new attack on the United States.

So. Who's taking bets on the next terrorist attack? Any spreads out there? :P Ok, so I'm trying to be non-chalant and cavalier. But there's *too* much going on nationwide and worldwide that pprovide optimum targets for attempts. And as I understand it - it trends towards attack execution when Bin Laden and Al-Zawahiri send out messages within a week/two of each other - within in the next 15-30 days. I have read a couple of different authors that pick up on this trend - specifically identifying Bali, Madrid and London as examples.... I need to find the links again.
