Jordanian paper prints Danish 'Mohammad cartoon'
Jerusalem Post ^ | 02 February 2006 | Associated Press

A Jordanian newspaper took the bold step Thursday of publishing the Danish caricatures of Prophet Muhammad that have outraged Muslims, saying it was reprinting them to show readers "the extent of the Danish offense."

The Arabic weekly Shihan ran three of the 12 cartoons, including the one that depicts Muhammad as wearing a turban shaped like a bomb with a burning fuse. The headline said: "This is how the Danish newspaper portrayed Prophet Muhammad, may God's blessing and peace be upon him."

Soooooo. It's 'bad' for the 'evil westerners' to print Mohammed's picture, but it's 'ok' for the Islamist's to do it (just to show how evil the west is)??

Hypocrite's and Liars!

No, they're not. They're reprinting them to incite hatred and unrest among the muslims against the infidels; and to justify rioting or an attack against them. Would I be surprised if they try starting riots in Denmark like they did in Paris?

To be fair to the Jordanians, this is what the BBC said about the Jordanian newspaper's decision:

'Jordanian independent tabloid al-Shihan reprinted three of the cartoons on Thursday, saying people should know what they were protesting about, AFP news agency reports.

"Muslims of the world be reasonable," wrote editor Jihad Momani.

"What brings more prejudice against Islam, these caricatures or pictures of a hostage-taker slashing the throat of his victim in front of the cameras or a suicide bomber who blows himself up during a wedding ceremony in Amman?" '

I reckon that was pretty well said, actually.

Since I've already named one female hunting dog "Allah," I have to get a pig a call it "Mohammed."

I don't care for pigs, though. Probably another dog.

I wonder if Muslims realize that the Koran was not written by Muhammad, but by another man with the same name. /sarcasm, comedy
