Black slaves get whipped and sexually abused by slave owners.

That is largely a myth. Undoubtedly many slaves were beaten and/or sexually assaulted by sadistic slaveowners but the majority were not. Slaves were very expensive property and beaten, broken slaves were not productive workers.

The majority of slaves in the American South during the 19th century were well-fed, housed, provided with health care and given time off. In many ways they were treated better than the Irish indentured servents who lived in squalor and dire poverty.

Many slaved returned to the plantations after the Civil War and resumed working for their former owners --for a wage.

Ofcourse slave children were abused by their masters, how else would you get them to obey you.

However I should add the Great Society and the New Deal, and use of drugs has as much if not more to do with the problem. Plus none of its an excuse because we humans are blessed with high level intelligence, so even if we are predisposed to violence , they know its wrong.

If every girl who was molested, physically or emotionally abused growing up was put on birth control her entire life, unless she saw a therapist and was married the crime rate in America would be the lowest ANYWHERE in the world.
