Hillary has never, ever had the kind of staff or handlers that Bill had Important point.
I would submit that she never, ever will have them either. Hillary's essential nature precludes it. There can be no real candor, no honest observation, recommendation or advice around this woman.

Her speaking skills aren't the problem.
I like G.W.B.'s speech, but he isn't a gifted orator. He speaks as an average person would, which many identify with.
The problem is that she comes across as shrill and cold. Unlikeable. The President doesn't.
