Hmmmm I don't know about that....
Seems the Ohio Republican party did a fairly decent job in the 2004 election in monitoring the local precincts. Seems the voting scandals were held to some precincts in Cleveland, Columbus, Youngstown, Dayton. And those discrepancies were published in that some precincts had 113% votes tabulated versus those registered in the respective precincts.
