The VP and this administration owe the media (the WH press corps in particular) ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Does anyone honestly think that if the WH were to shut down the press conference room, convert it to office space, and kick the media off the grounds that the MSM coverage could possibly be even more inaccurate, slanted, and confrotational? Screw them. Have the press office post a daily release on the WH website. If the media want a story, let 'em sniff it out themselves. I'll end up taking it with many grains of salt anyway, given the source.

I think it's funny that the press corps is already in the worst room in the building. There is still a metal ladder coming out of the concrete floor where they filled in the pool.

I wouldn't even bother with that. Let 'em get all their material off the DNC fax wire; 90 percent of the garbage they copy comes from there as it is anyway. The other ten percent they steal from each other. The only reason they bother with the WH press briefings is so they can vent their rage at the President.
