ROCHESTER, NY (2006-02-13) A Hamlin woman died Monday afternoon at Strong Memorial Hospital after she was hurt in a two-car crash Sunday night in western Monroe County.
The Monroe County Sheriff's Department says a car missed a stop sign at Hamlin-Clarkson Townline Road and Route 19, and hit a car driven by 51-year-old Maria Lester. Lester was taken to Strong in critical condition, where she later died.
The driver who failed to stop was Crombel Cruz-Sipreanas of Redman Road. He was ticketed for leaving the scene and driving without a license.
The U.S. Border Patrol. put a detainer on him after deputies found he was an illegal alien. He was being held in the Monroe County Jail.
Another fatal yesterday involving an illegal Brazilian north of Boston.

Why should American taxpayers pay to house and feed this illegal scum? Just put a bullet to his head and save taxpayer expense. If they need a volunteer to do it, count me in.
And, actually, this one is Bush's fault. A similar death occurred in Oregon two days ago, caused be another illegal alien.

I just posted an article yesterday about a similar incident that occurred on Sunday here in Albuquerque.
The illegal was drunk, and killed an 18 year-old woman in a head on collision. He was driving on the wrong side of the road.
This sucks! An illegal alien gets free orthodontics and my dental insurance doesn't even cover it...
BS Bush can't do anything if he could the congress be on his ass in a heartbeat it's the lazy congress who is at fault on this sheit and onbody but congress.
Of course, while the President refuses to fulfill his oath of office to faithfully execute the laws against illegal immigration and while Congress refuses to demand that he enforce these laws they make sure that they have special taxpayer funded protection in their own workplaces, metal detectors and police or secret service and such, but the rest of us just have to defend ourselves against the illegal alien criminal holocaust the best we can. Lee Malvo, the Washington DC sniper was an illegal immigrant who was caught and released rather than being deported -- this in conformance with the Bush administration's non-enforcement of our immigration laws policy -- and the result was 10 citizens murdered and an entire region held hostage and the nation terrorized for several days.
I would really like to see class action law suits by Americans who have been victimized by illegal immigrants against elected officials, if only to bring attention to the problem and to hold elected officials accountable for their decisions -- and it is their decision -- to not enforce our democratically enacted laws. Hey why stop there? Perhaps we should sue federal elected officials for the economic damage in lost wages due to the illegal immigrant labor competition and for the excess property taxes paid by Americans for educating a substantial proportion of the children of Mexican nationals (and I think we would be astounded at the degree to which Mexico is transferring the burden of educating its children to American taxpayers). There is no end to this type of lawsuit once it begins.
I don't really think there is any hope of any federal official (elected or otherwise) being held accountable by a court but it sure would create a PR nightmare for them having to try to defend the indefensible. Until we put our elected officials on notice that we hold them accountable for all the consequences of their failure to enforce our laws nothing will change.

Baloney Bush can do a lot and hasn't. In fact has encouraged illegal aliens to come to the USA with his amnesty talk.
But, what's there not to like about this sweet deal with cheap labor and willing hands? Everybody wins!
