Recognition of Israel is key. If their leadership gets that through their skulls, then things can start to improve over there.
The 'incitement' language bothers me a bit on the basis of free speech. Sticks-and-stones, you know... Words don't kill people.
The best part is that Hamas will never agree to these terms, and that means fewer of my tax dollars going to support islamic fascists overseas. That's great. Makes it their choice not to take our money. They can't claim we didn't offer... Brilliant.
