Right now, there are a lot of democratic strategists and media types hoping and praying for this guy to die so they'll finally get something on Cheney. They are members of the culture of death

You're right .. they are hoping he dies

These people are BEYOND sick

Hell hath no fury like a wussy reporter scorned. Grand jury! Grand jury! The NYT, I believe, has had their reporters before a grand jury. More to come.

Well, it's an especially ironic typo in a post speculating about drunkenness. ;OP

The MSM is just salivating hoping Mr. Whittington will die. This is just disgusting. I hope he gets well soon, just to pi$$ them off.

MSM was scooped by the local press and the facts don't suit their "get Cheney" agenda. It's all press driven from that starting point.

Got the image from wikimedia and it is a common buzzard...
not a vulture like in No. America. So I am accurate, but perhaps wrong continent... then again the Dems identify more with the EU than the US....

"Common Buzzard
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Common Buzzard
Scientific classification
Kingdom: Animalia
Phylum: Chordata
Class: Aves
Order: Falconiformes
Family: Accipitridae
Genus: Buteo
Species: B. buteo
Binomial name
Buteo buteo
(Linnaeus, 1758)

The Common Buzzard (Buteo buteo) is a bird of prey from the Old World. It is typically between 51-57 cm in length with a 110 to 130 cm wingspan, making it a medium-sized raptor. Its range covers most of Europe and extends into Asia. It is resident except in the coldest parts of its range.

It breeds in woodland, but usually hunts over open land. It eats mainly small mammals, and will come to carrion.

Buzzards are the largest bird of prey to be found in most of England. They are increasing their range in Great Britain, and spreading east from their former western strongholds.

Buzzards do not normally form flocks, but several may be seen together on migration or in good habitat. The Victorian writer on Dartmoor, William Crossing, noted that he had on occasions seen flocks of 15 or more at some places.

This broad-winged raptor has a wide variety of plumages, and in Europe can be confused with the similar Honey Buzzard (Pernis apivorus) and Rough-legged Buzzard (Buteo lagopus).

The call is a plaintive peea-ay.

In North America, the term "buzzard" refers solely to vultures, and in particular the Turkey Vulture (Cathartes aura). The term "buzzard" only applies to birds of prey when intended as a derogatory epithet, specifically for raptors that are considered pests, such as the Red-tailed Hawks and Peregrine Falcons."

According to the above article, Carlos Valdez's office covers both counties.

PS: I did Google a reference to Carlos Valdez's political affiliation. Jackass of course.

Its standard procedure to have a grand jury look at any shooting in which someone dies. It doesn't necessarily make the shooter culpable The MSM is salivating over this ridiculous possibility

Since they know they have to remove Cheney and GWB either together, or Cheney first, they are going orgasmic over this possibility. I hope those Texans are posting a 24 hour guard on this guy or the RATs will send in a hit squad. This is too good to be real, you cannot make this stuff up can you?

Here we are, praying for Cheney's friend to recover and there they are, praying that he doesn't. I can almost see the drool on their foolish faces. Laughable.

"lots of "accidents" are investigated. auto fatalities, parents who mistakenly leave their children in a car in hot weather.

"if this fellow dies, this story is going to explode. and everyone here poo-poo'ing it, is going to be sadly mistaken.

You know, you really aren't worth all of the posts that people reply to you.

As soon as I heard of this incident I knew the media was going to go over the top. Iran could fire a missle at Israel right now and I almost think they would either ignore it or bury it on page 22.

Yeah. Somewhere in the "Style" section.
