The DSCC poll had DeWine and Brown tied. So figure DeWine is up, maybe 5 points. That still makes him an incumbent polling below 50%
Brown is much stronger than Hackett. Hackett is mercurial and actually a crackpot (considered so by both parties). Dewine has lost his "base" by being disloyal to GOP and President in Senate. The Dems are fired up to take the seat. Brown was Secretary of State, has a magic name in Ohio politics and he has congressional experience.
