I wasn't able to view the dust-up on last Sunday's Meet the Press and went to the MSNBC/Meet the Press website to view it on line. Interestingly, just as Mary Matlin was troucing Gregory, the on-line version went off. I've emailed them but no reply.
The video feed was 48:15 minutes long but it cuts out at 38:57. I tried it three times - to no avail. Anyone else have the same problem? Though, honestly, I can see why Meet the Press wouldn't want to keep it up there, it looked as though Gregory was about to cry with Mary and Paul Gigot hammering away.
Doa search here on FR of David Gregory.
That's how I got to see it. And I don't believe it was MSNBC's site.
If anyone else wants to try it, simply go to the MSNBC website and click on Meet the Press. In the video window, click on "view entire show" and it will auto load. You don't have to watch the whole thing to see the cut-off. Just grab the green bar and slide it ahead to 38:50 or so and see if it ccuts out for you.
Thanks, I'll give it a try.
Real media Asshat.
that reporter flipped out ... and then he goes on meet the press and doesnt even really apologize .. its more like "i'm sorry for how i acted, but it wasnt my fault" ... thats not an apology, thats another pass the buck blame game. typical liberal
I had the same experience when I viewed it Sunday afternoon--thought it was just me.
I heard him on Imus this morning. "Arrogant asshat" only begins to describe him.
How did Imus treat him? Gregory epitomizes the "unhinged" nature of the left in general and the press in particular. I was most astonished at his sense of entitlement. He does not seem to understand that everybody can get the news without the MSM, they are irrelevant...
Glad it wasn't just my computer. I was getting concerned that I had a problem.
David Gregory and most of the White House press are pompus goofs and fortunately, the more they pull stunts like last week, the more they look small and silly. I'm sad Cheney had to endure such silly accusations, but in the end, it was useful to point out their childishness.
He didn't answer my questions to my satisfaction. I will squeeze his Adam's Apple until he tastes Cider in order to get them.
I'd like to know why so much time was allowed to elapse from the time of the incident until he finally commented on it!
And why did he choose such a softball venue to discuss his temper tantrum. Big Tim didn't ask him a single question.
Big Tim drops to his knees for the left... he'd never go after one of his own
Is this the leader of the "hysterical girly-men"?
This act of "omission" is just further proof of the biased media. Gregory (and the rest of the media) deserved the dressing down they got from Mary - and it must have left a mark if they are AFRAID to show it to the public.
Imus was his typical dishpit self. He insulted Gregory like he does just about everybody. But not nearly as bad as he got on Mary Matalin last week. She and others should really take him to the woodshed. He really has become even more of an a-hole (I wouldn't have thought that possible) since Stern is gone to Sirius. You can tell he's just saying things to try to get a reaction. I'll be glad when I get my XM radio in a couple weeks and that will be the end of my listening to Imus.
