Glad you brought it up, though, because of this:
Applying the new dates suggests that their period of co-existence with Neanderthals was much shorter than thought.
IOW, the "research" shows that the new calibration, when applied only to stuff the "researcher" wants to consider the product of allegedly modern humans, shows that the stuff that wasn't recalibrated is suddenly contemporary. Gosh, what a surprise.

Perhaps Neanderthals were particularly tasty.

I don't think you'd be tasting this neandertal unless it was her choice too.
