I am sure that is understood. The only question is - Is it BYOKP? (knee pads)

I'm sorry, but I won't be able to attend. I'm sure Bill will shed a tear over my absence.

With him, I imagine they'd be provided at the tax-payer's expense.

Calling all Alberta-based FReepers:
A personal "thank you" is in order to Slick Willie for his recent contribution to Canada's well being :

... unfortunately, no sex was apparently involved or Stephen Harper would now most likely be enjoying a majority government.

Thanks for sending this out GMMAC!

If any of you can make it to this, I live in Edmonton & I would love to hold up some welcome signs with some Canadian FReepers. Please let me know if you are available.

Does that make x42 0 for 3 or 4 when meddling in foreign elections? He should keep meddling - it's usually good for the U.S. and the country he visits.

He's speaking in Ottawa soon too.

I think the best thing to do is just ignore the guy. He isn't President any longer and all you are going to do is give him the kind of attention he likes.

No, an evening with Bill Clinton involves an attempt to fix a court case against an American citizen in which Clinton is the defendant.

"Are any Canadian FReepers available on March 9th?"

A better question might be: "Are there any Canadian Freepers?"

That used to be my favorite country outside of the U.S. (and I've been in 17 countries); but our neighbors to the North have gotten so stinkin' liberal, I don't even want my mail going through there.

Only a depraved person with deeply perverted tastes could look forward to "an evening with Bill Clinton". All such are best left to stew in their own turpitude, for perversion and depravity are known to be contagious. If one has to deal with them, wearing a facial mask [preferably, a respirator or a gas mask] and double thickness elbow-length veterinarian rubber gloves is strongly recommended.

If you'd bothered to check, Canada - with less than one tenth of America's overall population - is still home to more registered FReepers than over half of your 50 individual states.
Additionally, Canadians on FreeRepublic are 2nd only to Americans among all other nationalities worldwide - including citizens of the UK with a much larger population.

Don't underestimate the value and/or strength of the blood ties inherent in the countless families with branches on both sides of our largely artificial border.
