Have never been hit by an uninsured motorist. Yet!
There are plenty of them around in my community even though Indiana has tough laws against driving uninsured.

WHY should I pay extra, for extra coverage to protect me from the uninsured,Same reason why you're paying higher taxes and higher medical insurance.
And the federal government doesn't seem to want to get rid of that reason.

When the question is, "Do I feed my child and myself or do I buy liability insurance? People just won't do it," he said. What ever happened to driving being a privilege for those responsible enough to take the entire responsibility seriously?
Why is driving being treated like a right now!
This is where our "individual rights at the expense of the common good" society has taken us.

Ida Rodriguez said auto insurance is too expensive for a family like hers, with three small mouths to feed and a mountain of bills.
Then don"t drive.

Hell, here in Texas you have take out extra insurance to cover the damage and injury from the uninsured. So in effect you're actually paying for their insurance as well.

When we get our first lady president, instantly, no more reported problems with our borders. Just two years away :-)
One day you will get tired of losing.

What does the age of the car have to do with the reason for liability ins.. ??? For that matter why does your credit report enter into what rate you pay???
On the other hand he will not make the next payment and the ins. will lapse anyway.
