BBQ sauce... If memory serves me correctly, that has mustard and red pepper in it. If I wanted something sweet and tomato flavored, I'd have a Snickers with catsup.... just leave pork (that would be BBQ) the way the Good Lord intended it. Fruitwood or hickory slow smoked for hours and hours. And hours.
