This is clearly somebody stoned on Mary Jane. I heard that laugh a thousand times during my college days. Either David is a pothead who got his hands on some REALLY powerful weed, or he's a novice who toked up for the first time. Either way, those are not the giggles of a drunk. It also sounds like his voice is hoarse from the smoke.

Does anyone know what David Gregory's alleged qualifications as a journalist are? Where did he go to school, when, what sort of degree, etc.? I think we should start investigating the backgrounds of these so-called/alleged news people. There are no licensure, testing or other qualifications apparently.
