Ernie Pyle was in the trenches w/the soldiers. The imbedded reporters were like him imo. Many of the ones now 'reporting' seem to get the news from their weegie boards and the bars and the balconies of their hotels in the green zone.

Apparently only the Arab media has the courage to go out in the field and get the news. Being a Muslim doesn't appear to protect them either. The death count is high. Unfortunately most need a course on objectivity.
