how do I find an event like the Freep at WRMC out here on the Left coast?

Also, does anyone know of a listing of Peace Protests in Seattle? I would like to go to one ala Zombie and put together an "album" for posterity and anyone else would has delusions of what these people are like........

It was real good meeting you last night from [Mr] & [Mrs] T. And thanks for coming out. Annapolis area is pretty quiet concerning Code Pink people types. You have to travel far to get to a FReep.

But I'm sure a well placed FReep showing support at the Naval Academy can go a long way to help. We don't have to always "counter" protest. The D.C. Chapter also does "support" FReeps, without the opposition around.

Try a "support" FReep of a recruiters center or a military base. At WR, since we have all four corners, it is all "support" the troops and not a counter protest. And we have not lost the numbers of FReepers we had before.

I checked the Code Pinko website (thanks for the idea), and no the little spirochetes are not asleep, infact they are co-promoting (is that the right word?) a demonstration in front of the Federal Building right by the ferry terminal. Just the write neighborhood for me. I can get my pix and hit Seattle Art Museum too. And not lower myself to being a part of their crap (for lack of a stronger word).

Now to see what the duffous's at AFSC are upto........

The rest of the Freepers sat down in front rows just prior to showtime. Medea led off her talk with an acknowledgement of the people from Free Republic who were there; and she said that we protested their protests. Then she pointed out to the audience the security personnel at the back of the auditorium, and she said she hoped that they wouldn't be needed.

Medea has gone so Bolton, Rumsfeld, Cheney, Bush and Condi on us in her old age....what...people can't just get up and disrupt someone else's event and claim it's their right to free speech?

She gone batty it seems because that's what she and the Granny Jodie do all the time.

I just link to them. If you are not acustom to doing a lot of computer tech type work on the computer writing a Thread is difficult until you do a few, but not impossible.

You should do a 'Search' for the "Bootcamp" and "Sandbox" threads on FR. They are very helpful.

Whatever you do, ALWAYS DO A "PREVIEW" BEFORE YOU POST A THREAD. I write our Threads outside FR and include the FReep list, title, etc. in it, then copy/paste it into FR, then copy/paste things to where they below when setting up the Thread.

If you do a serious mistake, ping the moderator or use the "Abuse" button in each ping of a thread.

For your ping list, you have to set it up somewhere inside or outside FR and again copy/paste it on FR. Little tricks will come to you as you work on it. If anyone else out there has some ideas for Silver Charm and myself, please let us know. I still consider myself a newbie.

This is the rest of the meeting with the Commies.
When I first got there I used the ladies room When I was in there Medea was there and so was the Bathist Bi..h. When I was leaving she said you don't like me very much I said I SURE DON'T!! Then she said who she was I finished by saying I knew who she was and gave her, her last name. She asked who I was I said MRS Trooprally , who are you with I said FREE REPUBLIC. She said I am glad we could have this dialog. That seemed to be her favorite saying that night.When the meeting was over I talk to the Bathist that
was there. I asked her if she liked Saddam she said He was OK!! She had know problems with him.I asked her if she was in the Bath Party.
Of course she said noooooooooooooooooo, not at all.
I asked her how long she worked in Bagdad she said 20 years. I said well then you are a Bathist no I was just a lowly translator!! Then I asked her About the Rape Rooms , She said there were no rape rooms that the media made that up. Later on Cindy-True-Supporter and I talk to a student at AACC . He said his question was why didn't we go in and slap the country that slapped us. You know just like we did to Japan!! We proceeded to tell him that we did not go in Iraq for 9/11 and that it was because of the 17 warnings to Saddam that were ignored. He said No I want us to go to Afghanistan and bomb them and hurt them. We explained that we just can't do that anymore. That we will get our man. But, to no avail we had to stop what we saying they were closing up.
