I'm sure you've probably thought about this also--I suspect the "pinkies" will try for a larger than normal turnout at WRAMC this Friday (3/10) because the leaders are in the DC area.

Have we been FReeping the Pinkos or have we been sticking to a pro-troop thing on the 4 corners? If the leaders are in town and such, should we consider a more targetted FReep of the Pinko moonbats this Friday?

"Gold Star Moms Cindy Sheehan and Elaine Johnson

Pink Star Moms is more like it."

How about "Red Star Moms"?

Purely in the interest of accuracy, mind you.

I just got back in from the afternoon's fun and games with the traitors of Code Pink and their foolish followers.

I didn't get many photos, and only a bit of video, too. Short report: Kristinn, I and our friend Nofel were at the Iraqi Embassy to greet Medea Benjamin, Gael Murphy and Cindy Sheehan as they delivered their manifesto to a representative of the government of Free Iraq. As Cindy Sheehan approached the Embassy Gate to deliver the papers, Kristinn opened up on them with his booming voice, chiding Cindy Sheehan for marching with a group that is funding terrorists who are killing more American soldiers. Sheehan was stunned by the sight and sound of counterprotesters.

The rest of the PinkOs were also not pleased.

Nofel and Kristinn had other responsibilities after the Embassy Freep, so I left them and headed down to the White House to meet up with Angelwood. When Code Pink and approximately 100 of their followers arrived, we lit into them again.

Again they were greatly displeased with our commentary.

Note: although Cindy Sheehan was front and center at the Iraqi Embassy, we couldn't find her in the White House crowd. The lefties tried repeatedly to shout us down, to block our signs, and to curse at us; but my voice just kept on giving today. Thank you Jimmy Valentine's brother, for the voice lessons.

OK, that's about it for now. I'll post a full report - well, as full as my memory will allow - later tonight.

The leaders of Code Pink and Cindy Sheehan are surely popping antacids like candy right about now.

One last thing... I wore my gray and black "Army" hoodie sweatshirt, that Doctor Raoul gave me recently, and it was funny how the lefties who approached me reacted to it. One woman said, "You're not in the Army! Why are you wearing that?" Another woman said I had no right to wear it because I wasn't in the Army. I told her that they were my home team and I liked to show my support for the home team. She sputtered that I was an idiot, and then some man came up and told me I was ugly, too. The Moonbats really showed their poor debating skills today. It was fun.

:-)

RE signs @ WR -- We've been holding pro-troop signs since we took over all 4 corners, but there are plenty of anti-Code Pink signs still in the bags of signs we have on hand.

Great job. If you can't wear that sweatshirt because you're not in the army, they HAVE to wear a Che beret!!!

People who knew that we were FReepers, mostly those who recognized Kristinn, kept coming up and saying that they hoped that we didn't do anything disruptive. Kristinn kept telling them that "We're not like you. We don't do that," and would mention that we didn't have any signs or banners hidden in our jackets for us to stand up and disrupt the event. They were not pleased and seemed worried that we did, in fact, plan to disrupt. I think our demeanor made them nervous.

The Code Pinkos are Wackos. When they do those kinds of things to other people it's OK. Yet it's inappropriate and wrong if someone does it to them.

One of the Code Pinko Wackos' defense against an arrest at the RNC was that she was just doing what everyone else was, standing on a seat, holding a sign and yelling. But she WASN'T like everyone esle, she was there to protest. However, Code Pinko Wackos engage in the most childish of excuses.

When they hang a banner from a hotel room, they pile every stitch of furnistings against the door and refuse the hotel security and/or police admittance to the room when demanded. Ultimately, they have to force their way in, damaging the room and furnishings. Code Pinko Wackos with a straight face say, "We didn't damage anything, you did." And then they have the litle pink balls (like they gave to Howard Dean) to ask for a refund of the room charge because they did not get to stay the night.

Code Pink will go to an autoshow and stand on vehicle hoods and roofs, damaging them, and the Code Pinko Wackos laugh about damaging the property of others. It shows a lack of consideration for the freedom of others. They feel they are "correct" so anything they do to others is "correct".

So I'm amused by their fear of their own tactics.

One thing I forgot to mention. When the Code Pinko Wackos do their standard shtick, they either get ejected or arrested. After which they claim police brutality, suppression of free speech and a police state.

So the Code Pinko Wackos asking you to not engage in their tactics admit that they would install a brutal police state that would suppress free speech if they ever held power.

Well for once at least they were as honest as one might get from a Code Pinko Wacko.

DC will be beautiful in the next few weeks. Spring and the Cherry Blossom Festival.

Please come visit. FReep with us and also see the tourist sites.

Smithsonian's vast array of Museums (Air and Space Museum is most popular and now has an extensive and amazing annex in nearby Virginia close to Dulles Airport), the Iwo Jima Memorial, Washington, Jefferson, and Lincoln Monuments, the Vietnam and WWII Memorials, Arlington National Cemetery, and the International Spy Museum are among the more popular places to visit.

Spiff is from another state and is here on business, but still FReeps after working hard. We've also been honored to have FReepers join us from Texas, Colorado, Pennslyvania, California, and New Jersey, some who traveled to DC specifically to join us at the Walter Reed FReeps. See the latest WR report here: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1592838/posts

Join us and you can do good and have fun at the same time!

PS. And thanks for all the laughs that you've given us with your great graphics!

One day I will. It's pretty tough with the job and a new member of the family to deal with though. Sometimes it seems that God just didn't make enough hours in the day!

Reminder PING!

Next stop on the tour:

Anne Arundel Community College. This part of the liars tour begins at 7:30pm.

This college-sponsored (read Maryland taxpayer-funded) event is free and open to the public, so of course, Freepers and like-minded friends may choose to go inside and "join the discussion" to offer an America-supporting perspective. Medea Benjamin, Gael Murphy, and the Baathist womyn will have the dictator-supporting perspective covered.

Here's a couple of maps of the location for tonight's festivities, courtesy of Yahoo:

I'll be there, as will the trooprallies (Mr and Mrs). Anyone else up for the ride?
