I hope we don't play 'FReeptag' forever, I can't go to Fayetteville this year either. FIL is acutely terminal, and we're going to try to beat the clock, leaving tomorrow. I couldn't go get it together last year, as son was in transition from boot camp.
Have you seen these?

I guess with us both being newbies it may take a while to meet. Just a matter of timing.
Thanks for the links. The incidents look like the terrorists are probing our defenses, looking for weaknesses.
RE the Iranian subs, I have heard that they do have some and making more. More of a reason to bomb their nuke capabilities, and the sooner the better. Even if we don't get the actual buried facilities, they have to have access somewhere. Just bury their asses.
[Mr] T
You're welcome. I sure want to keep my eye on this...

Back from the White House...nothing going on except the anti-nuke vigil that's been there for years. There was a small crowd of people, but when I got closer I saw they were college/highschool kids on a tour, with a guide.
So the revolution was successfully rescheduled for Monday, which brings me to another thought - any revolution that has to be scheduled has already failed.
For folks who are interested in seeing if some revolutionaries missed the memo, here's a link to DC DOT traffic cams. There are a few cameras that cover the access/egress to Lafayette Park area:
17th Street at Pennsylvania Ave - White House and Old EOB is off-camera to the right.
H Street & Connecticut Ave. & Jackson Place - which gives you a good look at the north portion of Lafayette Park.
H Street & Vermont Ave. & Madison Ave. - which gives you a view of the sidewalk along the north edge of Lafayette Park.
15th Street & Pennsylvania Ave & New York Ave. - from which you can watch for revolutionaries heading to the White House (out of view, off the left side of screen)
Unfortunately for The Revolution, the DCDOT traffic cameras show that there are no masses heading into the area to Storm The White House.
So, it's re-scheduled for Monday...
Great graphic - snagged it! ;*)
any revolution that has to be scheduled has already failed.
Good point! ;*)
I was a bum and just watched the DOT cams.
:-)
Did you happen to catch W04Man on Linda Vester? I must have missed it. I didn't learn of it until 1:20.
Ironing??!! Yikes! Graphics are better. ;*)
You have my permission, Nan (and infinite blessings) and I have the family's permission, to remove Sgt. Rodney Murray's name.

You bet! I see my graphic didn't work. It did on the preview?!
I'll be at all three.
Liberals are just trash.

"At the same time the civil liberties and civil rights of people within the United States is constantly eroding. Hundreds of thousands of people have been forced to evacuate New Orleans and the Gulf Coast in the aftermath of the Katrina disaster due to the Bush administration policies."
Do you understand what these people think? They honestly think that hundreds of thousands evacuated the Gulf Coast "due to the Bush administration policies."!
I guess the Karl Rove Hurricane Machine is a reality!
