Europe is always surprised by creeping incrementalism. WWI & WWII. They notice things happening, but let them slide until it's too late to effectively do anything. They never recognize the cumulative effect quietly building right under their noses. Or if they do, they aren't interested, or able to act.

I am not entirely sure Fallaci isn't correct in the implication concerning a "moderate" Moslem, but not having the actual text (yet) I'll refrain from comment. In any case this one sounds like a keeper. BTT.
Europe takes in Muslims so they can keep getting Arab oil and we do the same with Mexico.

Seems that it may BE too late for Europe..unless they start siding with US, instead of the terrorist's states.
It ought to include a section that details the West's feminine response to threats such as Islam. We respond more like a battered woman who thinks submission and feeling guilty over the perpetrators own problems then like real men who take care of business.
Pretty good posting. Which again supports the decision by George Bush to fight this threat by promoting freedom throughout the world. IF there is freedom to speak, the women of the muslim world will rise up from their own suppression.
It's funny that the liberal left, democratic party and MSM and even the right wing (hands offs the Muslims) mentality does not see the threat.
Articles like this make me a bit less distressed by our large numbers of Mexican illegal immigrants. At least they are Christians who feel no religious imperative to kill us.

I don't hear any of these telling us what their plan is on dealing with Islam, either at home, or abroad....eager to criticize..but what do they propose?
As a conservative, I think GWB is pretty much a disaster on the domestic front as a President, except for judges.
But I think he's dead right in his foreign policy....even where they drop they ball, that doesn't phase me much because at least he's thinking ahead and protecting American interests well into the future. None of his foreign policy critics can even offer anything constructive in that regard. This article makes me glad once again that neither of those fools Gore or Kerry were elected....
Now if we could just find a domestic conservative to carry on with the GWB foreign policy, we will be doing quite well....
