HILLARY'S CONTINUING FEC FRAUD: No. 2 - Conversation with Noel Hillman at the Department of Justice

NOTE: this is the 2nd in a series of reports to be done for FreeRepublic by Peter Paul and yours truly regarding the FEC report and fraud by the Hillary for Senate 2000 campaign. Episode by episode, we will present anecdotes, false statements, anomalies, perjury, conspiracy, and obstruction of justice. The cover up of the largest campaign finance fraud ever continues to slip under the radar of the mainstream media.

Remember the name Noel Hillman. He may become an important player in stopping Hillary Clinton. He may not want to do it, but if he does his job, it will happen.

Hillman is senior counsel to the Assistant Attorney General in the Public Integrity Section of the Department of Justice. I surprised him today with a phone call. He may have been suprised that I had his private number.

Hillman and his boss, Asst. Attorney General Alice S. Fisher, were given a series of proffers by Peter Paul when he blew the whistle in 2001 regarding Hillary Clinton's massive campaign finance fraud.

Amazingly, it was campaign finance chairman David Rosen who was the only person prosecuted. The person legally charged with provided an accurate report to the Federal Election Commission is treasurer Andrew Grossman.

Can Grossman claim he was deceived by the information he received? He can try to make that claim. Maybe he can make it for the two first reports. But for the report he filed on July 30, 2001 there is no wiggle room. Grossman was served with Peter's civil suit on July 3, 2001. Included was documentation for approximately $1.6 million spent on Hillary's behalf by Peter. Nevertheless, he filed a third fraudulent report to the FEC. Hillary allowed him to do it. You see, David Kendall was in possession of the same information on July 11, 2001 when he accepted service in the civil suit. Yes, Hillary Rodham Clinton, the smartest woman in the world, has been up to her eyeballs in this scandal.

Complainant alleged that he spent $1.9 million of his personal funds to host an August 12, 2000 fundraising event – a “Hollywood Tribute to President William Jefferson Clinton” and that the Hillary Rodham Clinton for U.S. Senate Committee, Inc. and a joint fundraising committee, New York Senate 2000, failed to properly report his in-kind contributions. Respondents contend that they implemented and enforced reasonable processes to collect and report information regarding event expenses. The Commission found probably cause to believe that New York Senate 2000 did not disclose all of the costs of the joint fundraising event in accordance with the Act and Commission’s regulations. In order to settle this matter, Respondents will not further contest the Commission’s findings that it failed to report $721,895 in in-kind contributions. The Commission conciliated with New York Senate 2000 and found no reason to believe that the other respondents violated the Act in connection with this matter.

So is that it? The politically charged FEC, made up up an equal number of Republicans and Democrats, assesses a fine of $35,000 for the largest campaign finance fraud ever? Only Rosen is prosecuted? Are you kidding?

BISMARCK, N.D. - A former federal banking regulator has been suspended from practicing law because of his felony conviction for lying about his role in a political fundraiser.

The North Dakota Supreme Court ordered the suspension of John Korsmo's law license Wednesday while the justices await the results of a state disciplinary investigation. The temporary suspension is normal in cases in which an attorney is convicted of a serious crime, the court's order said.

Korsmo, a former chairman of the Federal Housing Finance Board, did not respond Wednesday to telephone and e-mail messages seeking comment.

The federal board regulates a network of banks that provide money for home mortgage loans. An appointee of President Bush, Korsmo served on the panel almost 2 1/2 years.

Korsmo resigned in 2004 during an investigation of his role in organizing a 2002 fundraiser in Washington, D.C., for the U.S. House campaign of Republican Rick Clayburgh.

Presidents of some of the 12 banks regulated by the Federal Housing Finance Board were invited to event.

When the Banking Committee raised questions about Korsmo's participation, he denied knowing how Clayburgh's campaign obtained contact information for the banking officials.

When Korsmo pleaded guilty in April, he said he had known his wife provided the information.

A judge sentenced Korsmo last month to 18 months of probation and fined him $5,000.

Unlike Hillary, Korsmo paid a price for making a false statement. He lost his job and his law license. He was prosecuted, received 18 months probation, and had to pay a $5,000 fine.

For over five years, Hillary has been involved in a conspiracy to cover up and hide her role in this scandal. She has told the voters, through her mouthpiece Howard Wolfson, that she would not accept money from Peter Paul. She has had to pay no price for her criminal activity.

Even after the conciliation agreement, Hillary has allowed Grossman to file a fourth fraudulent FEC report. Among the many lies, the report claims a $225K contribution from Stan Lee. I have read Lee's testimony. Under oath, he has said he didn't give the money. Hillary knows that.

I have Hillman's address and am preparing a detailed complaint, which will be sent to him via certified mail. He has said he will pass it on the Fisher. He also recommended that I report it directly to the FBI integrity in government unit and the Washington field office of the FBI. Although I have tried to do that, I'll try again. This time, we have a fourth fraudulent report.

The mainstream media cone of silence continues. I have not seen one MSM report after the FEC put the conciliation agreement on its website. I have contacted Tim Russert's producer and many mainstream journalists. It is as if I am inventing this story. Why are they so afraid?

Where is the RNC on this issue? Where is John Spencer? Where is the Bush Justice Department?

What is it that people are so intimidated by her????

1. James McDougal
Clinton's convicted Whitewater partner died of an apparent heart attack, while in solitary confinement. He was a key witness in Ken Starr's
investigation.

2. Mary Mahoney
A former White House intern was murdered July 1997 at a Starbucks Coffee Shop in Georgetown. The murder happened just after she was to go public
with her story of sexual harassment in the White House.

3. Vince Foster
Former white House counselor, and colleague of Hillary Clinton at Little Rock's Rose Law firm. Died of a gunshot wound to the head; ruled a suicide.

4. Ron Brown
Secretary of Commerce and former DNC Chairman. Reported to have died by impact in a plane crash. A pathologist close to the investigation reported that there was a hole in the top of Brown's skull resembling a gunshot wound. At the time of his death Brown was being investigated, and spoke
publicly of his willingness to cut a deal with prosecutors.

5. C. Victor Raiser II &
6. Montgomery Raiser
Major players in the Clinton fund raising organization. Died in a private plane crash in July 1992.

7. Paul Tulley
Democratic National Committee Political Director found dead in a hotel room in Little Rock, September 1992. Described by Clinton as a "Dear friend and
trusted advisor".

8. Ed Willey
Clinton fund raiser, found dead November 1993 deep in the woods in VA of a gunshot wound to the head. Ruled a suicide. Ed Willey died on the same day his wife Kathleen Willey claimed Bill Clinton groped her in the oval
office in the White House. Ed Willey was involved in several Clinton fund raising events.

9. Jerry Parks
Head of Clinton's gubernatorial security team in Little Rock. Gunned down in his car at a deserted intersection outside Little Rock. Park's son said his
father was building a dossier on Clinton. He allegedly threatened to reveal this information. After he died, the files were mysteriously removed from his house.

10. James Bunch
Died from a gunshot suicide. It was reported that he had a "Black Book" of people which contained names of influential people who visited prostitutes
in Texas and Arkansas.

11. James Wilson
Was found dead in May 1993 from an apparent hanging suicide. He was reported to have ties to Whitewater.

12. Kathy Ferguson
Ex-wife of Arkansas Trooper Danny Ferguson, was found dead in May 1994, in her living room with a gunshot to her head. It was ruled a suicide even though there were several packed suitcases, as if she were going
somewhere. Danny Ferguson was a co-defendant along with Bill Clinton in the Paula Jones lawsuit. Kathy Ferguson was a possible corroborating witness for Paula Jones.

13. Bill Shelton
Arkansas State Trooper, and fianc e of Kathy Ferguson. Critical of the suicide ruling of his fianc e, he was found dead in June, 1994, of a gunshot wound at the grave site of his fianc e. Also ruled a suicide.

14. Gandy Baugh
Attorney for Clinton's friend Dan Lassater, died by jumping out a window of a tall building January, 1994. His client was a convicted drug distributor.

15. Florence Martin
Accountant and subcontractor for the CIA, was related to the Barry Seal Mena Airport drug smuggling case. He died of three gunshot wounds.

16. Suzanne Coleman
Reportedly had an affair with Clinton when he was Arkansas Attorney General. Died of a gunshot wound to the back of the head; ruled a suicide. Was pregnant at the time of her death.

17. Paula Grober
Clinton's speech interpreter for the deaf from 1978 until her death December 9, 1992. She died in a one car accident.

18. Danny Casolaro
Investigative reporter. Investigating Mena Airport and Arkansas Development Finance Authority. He slit his wrists, apparently, in the middle of his investigation.

19. Paul Wilcher
Attorney investigating corruption at Mena Airport with Casolaro and the 1980 "October Surprise" was found dead on a toilet June 22, 1993 in his Washington DC apartment. Had delivered a report to Janet Reno three
weeks before his death.

20. Jon Parnell Walker
Whitewater investigator for Resolution Trust Corporation. Jumped to his death from his Arlington, Virginia apartment balcony August 15, 1993. He was investigating the Morgan Guarantee scandal.

21. Barbara Wise
Commerce Department staffer. Worked closely with Ron Brown and John Huang. Cause of death unknown. Died November 29, 1996. Her bruised, nude body was found locked in her office at the Department of Commerce.

22. Charles Meissner
Assistant Secretary of Commerce who gave John Huang special security clearance. Died shortly thereafter in a small plane crash.

23. Dr. Stanley Heard
Chairman of the National Chiropractic Health Care Advisory Committee. Died with his attorney Steve Dickson in a small plane crash. Dr. Heard, in addition to serving on Clinton's advisory council, personally treated Clinton's mother, stepfather and brother.

24. Barry Seal
Drug running pilot out of Mena, Arkansas; death was no accident.

25. Johnny Lawhorn Jr.
Mechanic Found a check made out to Bill Clinton in the trunk of a car left at his repair shop. He was found dead after his car had hit a utility pole.

26. Stanley Huggins
Investigated Madison Guarantee. His death was a purported suicide and his report was never released.

27. Hershell Friday
Attorney and Clinton fund raiser died March 1, 1994 when his plane exploded.

28. Kevin Ives & 29. Don Henry
Known as "The boys on the track" case. Reports say the boys may have stumbled upon the Mena Arkansas airport drug operation. A controversial case, the initial report of death claimed "due to falling asleep on railroad
tracks." Later reports claim the two boys had been slain before being placed on the tracks. Many linked to the case died before their testimony could come before a Grand Jury.

30. Keith Coney
Died when his motorcycle slammed into the back of a truck, July 88.

31. Keith McMaskle
Died. (A slight understatement) Stabbed 113 times, Nov 1988

32. Gregory Collins
Died from a gunshot wound January 1989.

33. Jeff Rhodes
He was shot, mutilated and found burned in a trash dump in April 1989.

34. James Milan
Found decapitated. However, the Coroner ruled his death was due to "natural causes".

35. Jordan Kettleson
Was found shot to death in the front seat of his pickup truck in June 1990.

36. Richard Winters
A suspect in the Ives / Henry deaths. He was killed in a setup robbery July 1989.
