NOTE: this is the first in a series of reports to be done for FreeRepublic by Peter Paul and yours truly regarding the FEC report and fraud by the Hillary for Senate 2000 campaign. Episode by episode, we will present anecdotes, false statements, anomalies, perjury, conspiracy, and obstruction of justice. The cover up of the largest campaign finance fraud ever continues to slip under the radar of the mainstream media.

Whistleblower Peter Paul's blog
I didnt think it was possible, however, the media is even more biased and/or inept than I had realized. In the PETER PAUL AND HILLARY EPISODE entitled the Media Cone of Silence, we discussed the lack of media coverage about this mother of all campaign finance frauds. But this is even worse than expected.
Although there was some media coverage of the leaked FEC report in which treasurer Andrew Grossman signed a compliance agreement and admitted breaking the law, the official report with all of the documents on the FEC website has not merited coverage. You probably didn't even know it was released, did you? Nothing on ABC, CBS, NBC, or CNN (not even FOXNews). Nothing in the NEW YORK TIMES, WASHINGTON POST, USA TODAY, LOS ANGELES TIMES, CHICAGO SUN TIMES, SAN FRANCISCO CHRONICLE, DALLAS MORNING NEWS, HOUSTON CHRONICLE, BOSTON GLOBE, etc. Nothing. Do a news.google.com search.
It really isnt all that difficult for reporters to report what should be the most important political story of 2006. It appears, however, that they just dont want to do it.
Lets start here -- FEC WEBSITE.
On the left, scroll to Enforcement Matters, then choose Enforcement Query System.
Scroll down and put in case #5225. Bingo. There are the links for a wealth of documentation.
For your reading pleasure, we will present the real story of the FEC findings and dissect the information that the mainstream media has avoided. It is complicated. But if a so-called journalist cannot process complicated information and write an informative story, that journalist is in the wrong line of work. For some reason, they seem to think that they have a handle on the Tom DeLay and Jack Abramoff matters. At least, they pretend to understand it and continue to write about it.
When statements to the FEC from attorneys and clients differ from evidence presented in court, there is a problem. When a candidate, then sitting senator knows the facts and the truth but allows a campaign finance chairman to be indicted, twist in the wind, and face criminal trial, there is a problem. When the Justice Department wont indict the real lawbreakers, there is a problem. The problem had better be solved before November of 2008.
SPECIAL NOTE: until this morning, the reporters could have made an excuse for not being able to find the information. The link for the documents in the Hillary Clinton FEC case sent the reader to another case. Unless you really knew what you were doing, you would not have been able to find the documents. Did someone in control of the FEC website do that on purpose? You decide.

"I DON'T RECALL"
That, along with claiming 5th Amendment right, were the most used phrases in 100's of court hearings involving the Clintons and their administration. Imagine how many more times those phases would have been used if those 125+ people who fled the country so as not to be forced to testify were on the stand.
She doesn't have to be indicted or convicted. We hope the film will expose the truth to enough people that she is forever barred from stepping foot into the Oval Office.
Not one investigative reporter, to my knowledge, is probing this scandal. Vince Foster continues to serve the beast.
A "Major Thank-You" and 'read tonight while knocking my defaced Hillary bobblehead doll around of course' BUMP!
You will be in for a few surprises soon. There is going to be some coverage.
Now that would be fantastic and due to your efforts I'd speculate. Thanks.

the pleasure is all hers
DFU bump
thanks for the post. WOW!
Looks like their cutout system is being used.
Excellent research. We need to keep this up so that the word gets out since the antique media isn't doing its job and hiding this information.
Bump
You will see how an amended FEC report, the fourth such phony report from her campaign, listed Stan Lee as having given $225,000. It is of public record in his court testimony that he did not give the money. Where is candidate John Spencer on this in New York? Come on, John, we will give you all the help you need.
