I wasn't able to play the video, but if that was the Fairchild AFB crash, "pilot error" is a generous expression.

Ah, yes, the ill-fated "Thunderhawks" SACs answer to the Thunderbirds and the fighter mafia...IIRC.
I believe there were family members on the the -52 as well - now parents cannot ride the same AC for fear of making orphans..again, IIRC.
