Congressman Brian Higgins broke the news to hundreds of people celebrating the holiday at the Irish Center in South Buffalo. “We got a call tonight that Gerry Adams is being detained in Washington for in inordinate period of time because his name turned up on a terror watch list.” The crowd booed the announcement.Well this probably put a damper on that night's rendition of the Unicorn Song.
