I was watching that night as well Howlin, it just gives me the Chills, I read that thread as it was being written, just sitting and wondering what was going to come of it, it was just so apparent that there was a dead fish in the back seat... You called it and I personally am in your debt! This Nation is. Who knows what would have happened if you had not, perhaps Rather and Mapes would have gotten away with it, and perhaps Kerry would have won the election... The Horror of that thought... The Horror of the following thought, "it was just that close", is enough to make me sick to my stomach even this morning!

I would love to ask Rather, "So, in light of your nefarious "Journalism", lack of ethics, and complete loss of Journalistic standards, do you think that you were properly and appropriately punished for publishing Forgeries on "60 Minutes", and a follow up, do you believe you owe President Bush a personal Apology for what amounted to a sleazy lo-ball attack on his character during a Presidential Election?"
