Meanwhile, news was happening "down under." Japanese Foreign Minister Taro Aso, Australian Foreign Minister Alexander Downer, and US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice pose for a photograph prior to their trilateral talks in Sydney. The historic security talks concluded with praise for China's engagement in the Asia-Pacific and an agreement to seek greater cooperation within Asia.

Maybe he needs to go to Capitol Hill and rub the heads of Biden and Levin...He might get a disease from those two.

I know I misspelled that...it's one of the things I can't spell, along with Joaquin Phoenix (which I finally learned to spell after watching Signs again)

Hi altura. You're welcome, and I'm glad you're staying in where it's dry. Y'all need the rain in Texas, though.

I don't think startled is the word for it.....if that was Clinton and one of his hands were not in the photo, I could understand the expression...LOL

Screw the polls.Polls are a SCAM. There is absolutely no way to objectively evaluate their accuracy, no matter what poll mavens say. Only polls taken close to an election can be evaluated for accuracy against actual, objective data, and they are almost always wrong.

Do you know if Nellie Connolly is still alive? For some reason I think she died a few years after that photo was taken.

I've never trusted polls. And I HATE it when my family tries to use polls as though I'm supposed to change my mind because I'm supposedly in the minority. I don't need other people to justify my beliefs. If Christians were the minority, I wouldn't decide that I'm wrong about my religion. Why on earth would I change my political views because of what other people think?
