Hi onyx. Good to "see" you. It's been quite chilly for SoCal lately. I enjoy this kind of weather. Nice break from the routine weather we have most of the year.

Raining here for two straight days. I love the rain.
GOOD to see you too and I trust you're well and happy.

GOOD to see you too and I trust you're well and happy.Doing OK now that I've got my PC up and running again. Whatever you do, don't ever buy anything significant at CompUSA or bring anything there to be repaired. What passes for customer service with them is genuinely shocking, even in these days of lousy customer service.

When did I say they had any validity?Whenever we neglect to point out that the polls are not representative samples to people quoting polls in a discussion, we are implying that the polls might be valid measures of public opinion. We have to keep repeating that the polls are a scam.

"You are so right. In my experience, most people don't take the time to learn about a topic in enough depth to form their own conclusions, so they just go with whatever the flow seems to be at the moment."
Absolutely! You hit the nail on the head! I very rarely ever change my mind, but that's because I get all the information I can before I make UP my mind! To me, if you change your mind easily, you never really knew what you thought in the first place. My mind can be changed, but only with new information.

Me either! I don't think it would go over so well! It seems to me that Bruce Willis met him some time back - wonder if he rubbed Bruce's head??
To: mystery-ak
Well, he can pat this bald head anytime he cares to:
By the way, why don't I ever get invited to the White House?
